Our Booking Policy
Thank you for choosing our services! To ensure a smooth experience, please review the following policies:
1. Deposit:
A £15 deposit is required to secure your appointment. Please note that deposits are non-refundable.
2. Cancellation and Rescheduling:
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
3. Preparation:
Please arrive with your hair washed and properly blow-dried, free of any products or oils. If you are using old bundles please make sure to wash, dry them & put them in order of length.
4. Lateness:
Arriving more than 20 minutes late will result in a £10 lateness fee Unfortunately, appointments will be canceled if you are more than 20 minutes late.
5. Guests:
To maintain a relaxing and focused environment, we kindly ask that you do not bring additional guests to your appointment.
6. Appointment Details:
The address for your appointment will be shared with you the evening before your
scheduled time.
7. Payment:
The remaining balance of your appointment must be paid in cash. Please bring the exact amount, as change cannot be provided.

Sew-in with a natural leave-out for blending with your own hair.
Flip Over Sew-in – £55
Sew-in style with no defined part, allowing you to flip your hair in different directions for versatile styling.
Sleek Ponytail – £40
This service includes straightening your hair and the use of holding spray to secure it into a polished straight ponytail.
To reserve your spot, a deposit of £15 is required. Once your booking is reviewed and approved, you’ll receive a confirmation sent to the contact details you provide. See Booking Policy below
