  • The product must be returned with all original tags and labels attached.

1.2 Non-Refundable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including but not limited to:

  • Products that have been used or altered
  • Products purchased on sale or with a discount code, unless otherwise specified

1.3 Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will provide instructions for returning the product and will issue a refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.

2. How to Return a Product

2.1 Requesting a Return

2.2 Return Instructions
Once your return request is approved, you will receive detailed instructions and a return shipping address. Please securely package the item and include a copy of your order confirmation or return authorization.

2.3 Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the product is damaged, defective, or an error occurred on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over £50, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen return shipments.

3. Refund Processing

3.1 Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that your bank or credit card issuer may take additional time to process and post the refund to your account.

3.2 Partial Refunds
In some cases, partial refunds may be issued if only a portion of the order is returned or if items are returned in a condition that is not considered new or resalable

4. Exchanges

4.1 Exchange Requests
If you wish to exchange a product for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer service team to request an exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

4.2 Return for Exchange
Follow the return instructions provided by our team to return the original item. Once we receive and process the returned item, we will send out the replacement product.
